Link Attempt

Yes, yes, I know. Two posts in one day, yada...

So I wound up watching most of the CSI finale--there was enough of that casino cinema stuff going on that I was able to take a shower and not miss much--but I had to stop watching just as the ants came in and started biting him. I know he's all right and whatnot, but that was just creepy...

Anyway, I'm writing this post half because I'm bored and, surprisingly, don't feel like sleeping, and half because I want to test out putting a link into one of my posts. Blogger is making it totally unnecessary to learn html, for which I thank them, so this shouldn't be too hard.

As I'm sure you know, there are ten million things you can buy in support of breast cancer research during October. This year, I discovered an ad for a pink frying pan. Ever since my mom got sick, I've noticed these things more than I used to, and I've noticed that Clinique always has something nice. The pink theme works a lot better with make-up than with, say, frying pans. Anyway, this year they've got a wicked face powder thing for sale in support of breast cancer awareness month and breast cancer research. I *heart* Clinique because their stuff is hypo-allergenic and I have sensitive skin, as I've discovered the hard way, but this blush-ish stuff is just really fun-looking. I will be buying one the next time I'm at the mall, and I'd like to encourage you to do the same. Or, buy the frying pan and cook breakfast. That'd be good, too. Mmm... pancakes and bacon served in bed... ^_^

ETA: It worked! And on the first try! Except that I got the link wrong the first time... ^_^

You write a post, then highlight the text you want to turn into a link, then click the little link button in the same row as the add picture button, and a bos will pop up asking you for the url. Enter it, and that's it. Yay no html! ^_^
